Cutting processes

Precision laser and plasma cutting for stainless steel. Tight tolerances, clean finishes and minimal thermal distortion.

Industrial stainless steel cutting

Cutting at Eminox Tech is carried out with latest-generation laser and plasma technology, ensuring dimensional accuracy, quality finishes and minimal thermal distortion in the material.

We work across a range of stainless steel thicknesses, adapting the cutting parameters to each application. Our equipment handles complex cuts to very tight dimensional tolerances.

  • Materials and thicknesses Stainless steel AISI 304, 316, 430 in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 25mm
  • Dimensional tolerances ±0.1mm on laser cutting, ±0.2mm on plasma cutting
  • Batch production From one-off prototypes to production runs

Industrial value of precision cutting

A direct impact on production efficiency and final product quality.

Less waste

Optimised nesting and maximum use of each sheet. Nesting software that minimises material waste, with a direct impact on raw material cost.

Optimal preparation

Clean cuts that ease later operations. Less set-up time in bending and welding. Edges ready for direct assembly.

Guaranteed repeatability

Stored CNC programs for recurring runs. Dimensional consistency between batches, making production planning and stock management easier.

Integration with bending

Bend lines pre-marked by laser. Geometries designed to ease forming. Seamless coordination between cutting and forming.

Ready for welding

Bevels and chamfers cut directly. Precise fits for assembly. Less manual preparation before welding.

Full traceability

Identification marking on parts. Digital record of every batch. Compliance with regulatory requirements and quality audits.

Later manufacturing stages

After cutting, parts move on to the following processes as the project requires.

Precision forming

Bending, rolling and forming of cut sheet to technical specification.

  • High-precision CNC press brakes
  • Tube and profile rolling
  • Strict dimensional control

Specialist welding

Joining components by certified TIG welding for stainless steel.

  • EN 1090 certified welders
  • TIG and MIG/MAG welding
  • Weld bead inspection
